We specialise in helping individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those facing barriers to employment, gain the skills, confidence, and connections needed to succeed.
During our business re-launch in 2018, we took things to the next level - partnering with global logistics industry leaders, leading recruitment agencies, and government departments and agencies to expand our impact. Today, we operate across all major Australian cities, delivering industry-focused training, recruitment, and career support that transforms lives.

Meet the Founder & CEO

With 18 years combined experience in private recruitment, employment services, and project management, Michelle has built a reputation as a strategic leader in delivering employment initiatives through government contracts and workforce solutions. As a business owner for over a decade, she has successfully designed and delivered large-scale workforce initiatives, leveraging her expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Her entrepreneurial drive and industry insight have enabled her to bridge the gap between untapped talent and leading employers, creating sustainable employment pathways across Australia.
Michelle identified a significant gap in the workforce - businesses were overlooking a highly capable yet untapped talent pool, while job seekers from disadvantaged backgrounds faced systemic barriers to employment. She recognised that employers weren’t just struggling to fill roles; they were missing the opportunity to harness exceptional potential.
In 2015, she founded Threesixty Consulting Group (360) to bridge this divide. With a recruiter’s lens, she built a business that strengthens long-term partnerships between employment services and major employers. Her expertise in project management, large-scale recruitment, and authentic stakeholder engagement has driven 360’s expansion into a leading provider of innovative and inclusive workforce solutions.
